1. Data processed

• Discord user IDs, usernames, global names, avatars, and team membership needed for dashboard access and permissions.
• Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and configuration settings needed to run the bot and dashboard.
• Ticket records, status changes, ticket categories, ratings, analytics timestamps, and audit logs.
• Transcript links and ticket message content when transcripts or ticket history are stored.
• Billing metadata related to Premium subscriptions and promo redemptions.

2. Why the data is used

• To operate the Discord bot and dashboard.
• To manage tickets, permissions, transcripts, and analytics.
• To provide Premium features such as automation, health monitoring, and user history.
• To process billing and subscription state through Stripe.
• To prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep the service stable.

3. Billing providers

Payments are handled by Stripe. Pylot does not store raw card numbers. Stripe may process billing, subscription, and payment event data according to Stripe’s own policies.

4. Cookies and sessions

Pylot uses session cookies and security tokens for login, dashboard access, and request protection. These are used for authentication and service security, not for advertising.

5. Retention

Data is kept as long as reasonably needed to operate the bot, maintain ticket history, provide Premium features, resolve incidents, or meet legal and billing obligations.

6. Sharing

Pylot does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure or payment providers required to operate the service, including Stripe and hosting/database providers.
