Terms of Service

1. Service scope

Pylot is a Discord ticket and support management service. The free plan includes the core ticket system. Premium adds extra analytics, automation, health checks, user history, and related operational tools.

2. Account and server access

You must use a valid Discord account to access the dashboard. You are responsible for actions taken through your Discord account and for any team members you grant access to in your server dashboard.

3. Premium billing

• Premium is sold per Discord server, not per individual user.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Promo codes and lifetime grants are discretionary and may be limited, revoked for abuse, or expire according to their terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the service, automate fraudulent billing actions, or interfere with other servers.
• Do not use Pylot for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to bypass feature restrictions, billing rules, or security controls.

5. Server data and responsibility

Pylot may process ticket content, transcript links, Discord user IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, server IDs, ratings, and analytics needed to operate the service. Anyone using the bot or dashboard is responsible for using it lawfully and, where needed, informing their own community about its use.

6. Availability and changes

The service may change over time. Premium features may expand, be improved, or be adjusted. Reasonable maintenance, bug fixes, and operational changes may happen without prior notice.

7. Suspension and termination

Pylot may suspend access, remove Premium, or disable service for abuse, fraud, payment disputes, or activity that creates technical or legal risk.

8. Liability

Pylot is provided on an as-available basis. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for Premium during the recent billing period related to the issue.
