Refund Policy
This policy covers Pylot Premium subscriptions and promo-related billing questions.
1. Standard rule
Premium is a digital subscription service. Refunds are not guaranteed automatically after a successful payment.
2. Cases that may be reviewed
- Duplicate charges.
- Clear billing mistakes.
- Technical activation problems that were not resolved in a reasonable time.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payments, subject to review.
3. Cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
4. Promo codes and lifetime grants
Promo codes, discounts, and lifetime grants are discretionary. They are not cash equivalents and are generally not refundable.
5. How to request review
If you believe a refund review is justified, contact support with the server ID, Discord account used, approximate payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.
